LG Isn’t Working on Nexus 5 Phablet

Nexus 5 PhabletDespite facing some production problems, LG says that Nexus 4 was a huge success. But, a senior official from the company suggested that the company may not be working on any type of Google Edition device, including the Nexus 5 phablet. However, it is also said that the company won’t turn down any opportunity offered to develop the new handset.

Rumors told us that the Nexus 5 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 13Mp rear-facing camera with impressive software features, 4GB of RAM, 5” 1080p display, 4G/LTE data connectivity, microSD card slot, 3300mAh battery and Key Lime Pie (Android 5.0) OS.

It is also said that LG will launch an updated version of the original Nexus 4, which was panned by critics due to the absence of microSD card slot and 4G/LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, none of these rumors can be validated at the moment; but Google surely needs a device for the release of Android 5.0 and Nexus 5 seems like an ideal choice.
